तो सबसे पहले सामग्री देख लेते हैं 
Lets see the ingredient list 
                       INGREDIENT 
For dough
*Biscuit (बिस्कुट ) any favorite biscuit 15pcs
*plain flour (मैदा )3tbsp
*milk powder (दूध पाउडर )2tbsp
*Milk (दूध )1/4cup

FOR SUGAR SYRUP
*Sugar (चीनी )1cup
*Water (पानी )1.1/2cup
*Cardamom powder (इलाइची पाउडर )1/4tsp
*Yellow food colour (optional)2drops
*oil for frying (तेल तलने के लिए) 

Method 
Firstly we will make sugar syrup,take a heavy base  pan add water,sugar boil until desolve the sugar then add some  drops of food colour (optional ),cardamom powder and cook untill slightly  sticky (like honey) then swich off the flame. Sugar syrup is ready.

Then will make dough for gulabjamun,take a grinder jar add some biscuit and grind it make a fine powder then take a  any big bowl /plate put biscuit powder add some plain flour,milk powder,cardamom powder,mix well and add little by little  milk make a smooth and soft dough 
Cover the dough for rest.
Then add some ghee/butter on dough and  again slightly knead it. And make small bolls for gulabjamun.
Then take a pan and oil for fry gulabjamuns
Add one by one bolls in oil and fry untill dark chocolate colour 
Then add all bolls in sugar syrup then cover it and keep a side for 5to 6hrs.

 After 5to6 hours 
 Soft,juicy and melting mouth gulabjamun is ready to  enjoy. 
 You can make any festivals or special days.
